I'm actually pretty proud of myself for just setting a goal and sticking to it! It was a lot of fun!
What to challenge myself to in 2009? Well I didn't decide to do this until the end of January, so I figure I'll give myself about a month before I start the challenge, whatever that may be....
Best Wishes!

What a really cool idea for a project. I have been trying to improve my cooking this year. We're remodeling our kitchen (it's only 36 square feet), so it's a little hard. Your idea of 52 recipes sounds like a potentially doable thing. You really made some crazy sounding (and oh so delicious sounding) foods.

The recipes sound yummy, but alas, I hate to cook. I do cook, but still don't like it very much. I do just as much as needed. Ha!

Thanks Ladies! It was a lot of fun! Honestly I thought it seemed manageable, and it totally was! And there are even a couple of things on there that I plan to make again this year--that's always a plus!
